I just threw in the ingredients in a bag displaced the air and set the machine. Two hours later I had a perfectly cooked piece of tenderloin steak. Amazing! The steak was juicy and cooked throughout the whole piece evenly.

I love it! It's very quiet, easy to use, and clips well to the side of the pot we chose to use. We have made chicken (thighs and half breasts), steak, hamburgers, salmon...everything has turned out amazing!
The low-heat and long-cooking help all the collagen in the short ribs melt away, leaving them tender and rich. We rubbed the ribs in a little seasoning, sealed them up, and tucked them into the machine.
