If a specific item is not available in our Auckland warehouse then it will be express shipped out of our Melbourne warehouse.

Delivery times are known to vary from time to time and delivery times are not guaranteed, orders placed before 10am will typically be dispatched same day.

All express shipping orders are packed and sent out ASAP via DHL. 

Nonetheless, your parcel is sure to be delivered sooner than it would be via Standard Shipping. We appreciate your patience and understanding!
